This project involved the construction of a new office and warehouse for a major company. Interoffice was responsible for the interior design and the supply of furniture for the entrance area, office space, and in-house cafeteria.

The new facility, built in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, uses the large volume of the warehouse structure to create an office environment with a high, open ceiling. Soft natural light fills the space, resulting in a bright and comfortable workplace that supports both focus and well-being.

The interior combines wood and plaster finishes, offering not only functionality but also a sense of warmth and simplicity. By adding materials that reflect the touch of human hands to an efficiency-focused logistics facility, the space encourages employees to gather naturally and feel both relaxed and energized.

The snowy landscape visible from the windows is also integrated into the design. The quiet winter light gently highlights the texture of the plaster walls, adding a sense of calm and seasonality to daily work alongside the warmth of the wood. Balancing the strength of the warehouse structure with the openness of the office and the scenery outside, the space offers both tranquility and vitality, enriching everyday work experiences.
