Lion Corporation’s New Office Integration Project

Interoffice collaborated with Brooke to design specific floors in this project. The goal was to unify four offices spread across the Tokyo area into one location, creating an office environment where employees would want to work.

Specific Floors:
1st Floor: Entrance & Lobby – A floor that showcases Lion’s strengths to visitors.
2nd Floor: External Meetings – A floor for collaboration with outside parties.
4th Floor: Innovation Floor – A space for internal and external creative collaboration.
11th Floor: Multi-functional Floor – A place where employees can balance work and life.
12th Floor: Cafeteria – A place for a diverse group of people to feel comfortable at their own pace.

The concept is “A Step Ahead of Everyday Life.”

In this office, we’ve designed it with the concept that the boundary between daily life and work isn’t rigid, offering a space where it’s not just about being ‘on’ or ‘off’, but about seeing the workspace as an extension of everyday life.

The design incorporates different atmospheres on each floor:

1st Floor: The entrance, part of the natural flow from everyday life.
Soft forms and wooden textures create a welcoming and warm environment. Large windows let visitors see the comfortable ambiance, making them feel at ease.

2nd Floor:An innovation floor that evokes a sense of the extraordinary beyond the everyday. Continuing the theme from the 1st floor, using wood and plaster for a natural touch.
A lounge area with trees and natural light. Curved walls make it easy to move through the space, creating a soft atmosphere.

4th Floor:An innovation floor that evokes a sense of the extraordinary beyond the everyday.
A space with a grayish, inorganic tone to create a contrast between the first and second floors, featuring flexible, dynamic areas with movable polycarbonate partitions that users can adjust as needed.

11th Floor: A multi-functional floor where workers can relax and socialize.
Features conference rooms, a library, fitness center, training facilities, and shower rooms. The color scheme uses wood and white with beige, brown, and grey to create a comfortable setting.

12th Floor: A cafeteria where diverse people can spend time as they like.
Equipped with a full kitchen to support employee health through food. Incorporates CI colors into large windows for a view connecting the cafeteria with the outside. Furniture is functional with a wood texture, designed to feel natural as it ages with use.
