As part of the headquarters relocation project for Persol Career Co., Ltd., the operator of job search services such as “doda,” a workspace was created under the concept of “Give Power.” This new office is designed to enhance employee comfort and productivity while advancing the company’s mission through improved communication and collaboration.
The office is structured around four key themes: “Engaging with the Outside,” “Fostering Community,” “Crossing Boundaries and Collaborating,” and “Demonstrating Skills.” Interoffice provided furniture tailored to each theme, combining design and functionality to suit the needs of each area. This contributed to the creation of an open, inclusive environment that embraces diversity.
